Well, I did caught the full two sets show later that night and I had a really good time. We don't get to hear that kind of music very often up here. To my knowledge, I think they're the only Polynesian influenced live band in or around Montreal anyway.
My only complaint was the venue itself which was as far from Polynesia as you can be with no tikis in sight. The only cocktail I've tried (an "Hawaiian") was so atrocious that I rapidly founded solace in stout beer. But beside that I had a pretty good time.
