Its like they want the business to be a disaster from the start. I mean, its not hard to tell someone how to make a drink, take an order or tell the cook to try something else. You can do that for free! It would take 5 minutes to tell the bartender how to make a mai tai. I say this after having worked in several restuarants in my day. The winner is FRANKIES, by the way!!!! Long live Frankies Tiki Room!!!!!
