Aloha

My apologies that this email is delayed. There has been much going on since Hukilau ended and we wanted everyone to have a chance to get back to their daily lives.

Thank you to everyone that attended and assisted with the event. You really made it happen. 2009 was by far my favorite year. There were so many changes and new attractions with the event and all of you really seemed to enjoy them. Thank you for your emails and comments on Tiki Central - if anyone should have any feedback I'm always open to hear any suggestions in order to enhance your experience.

We do have merchandise left over from the event and many of you have been asking how and when you would have a chance to purchase. We are now live to take your orders, just follow this link: http://www.thehukilau.com/2009/merchpage.html and you can also gain access directly from the main page http://www.TheHukilau.com

What is planned for next year:
Don Tiki - not seen at a Tiki event stateside since the Closing of the Kahiki! This will be a most anticipated performance!

A Tiki Experience Like No Other - join Mike Skinner as he takes us on a tour of a Tiki apartment complex in South Florida complete with Hawaiian murals, an overload of Witco and a Tiki bowling alley. Mike will start our visit with a historical Tiki presentation and then those that choose to sign up will compete in bowling for great prizes! TICKETS ARE LIMITED FOR THIS TRIP.

Harold Golen Gallery of Miami presents yet another incredible Art Show!

Here's a few links to incredible photos from the weekend. If any of you would like to share your photos, please send links to me so that I can send them out to everyone on the list:
