The winters get cold, especially in the High Desert. And you had better like the wind, we have alot of that. You need water for most of the things that creep and crawl, being the desert we don't have alot of that element. Yes, we have some snakes and spiders, but nothing super scary. Just your typical Black Widows, Scorpions, Rattlesnakes, Vinegaroon's, but a cat can keep most of that stuff away. Happy House Hunting!
