9. Canlis fountain. Ceramics done by a University of Hawaii art student who's name escapes me right now. Peter Canlis really had the most beautiful restaurant. Martin Denny and Rene Paulo used to pay the grand piano in the lounge. I ate there once or twice on Mike's tab. 8-10 kimono clad waitresses would descend upon the table with food.
