"International Day After Tiki Day" 8/10/03......... - California Events

We were small in numbers, but not in spirit (nor in spirit-consumption). Mark from Phoenix (a Tiki Oasis veteran), Kilikopela, and two friends of mine here, Scott and Laura, joined me at my home for Castaways and exotica tunes. The last two were so inspired, they're having a luau this Saturday! We called Martiki6 to link into the multi-state simultaneous toast, which sorta didn't happen, but it was nice to know that celebrations were going on all over the world on this momentous 1st ITD! Good thing I have folding-bed couches for guests who can't hold their liquor - HA :wink: !
