thanks gonzo, that's very helpful. in fact we were only talking about Oxnard area this morning when someone else said the same thing. They commute to chatsworth and consider it a good compromise. Being close to the beach is a big plus for us (with 3 kids) so we will look into Ventura a lot more. |
