Tip the bartender, pinch the cigarette girl and hand the doorman the correct fee for the lid, plus 20%... apply the chapeau to yer noggin and leave immediately! DO NOT LOOK BACK!! That's my insider tip for finding Cam and acquiring one of his AMAZINGLY rare exotic lids! Good Luck and if you see BUZZY... flash him. :)
