I have over 23 Lbs of chicken. 6 Lbs. of prawns. the bacon explosion will be at least 3-4 Lbs. the rice will be enough for us and then some.. We are feeding no more than 55 folks that averages out to about 33 lb. of protein.. more than 1/2 lb. for everyone! I'm a proud cook of jewish heritage. we ALLWAYS have more than we need!
