To anyone who is interested in helping fight to stop the demolition of the Tonga Room, several of us have been working on a landmark nomination discussed in today's (080909) SF Chronicle: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2009/09/07/DDNA19I8BE.DTL
We will need people to show up at public hearings, preferably sporting Aloha shirts and carrying paper umbrellas. I think we can do this.
