After this and a bunch of other Halloween threads were bumped, I had to put my 2 cents in. I love Halloween maybe even more than Tiki (at least for about 2 months out of the year). Right now, I'm trying to put together a lounge Halloween compilation. Here's where I'm at so far. A few of these have been posted but most haven't:
Mad Monster Party Theme - Maury Laws & Ethel Ennis
Spookwalk - The Moon-Rays
My Son, the Vampire - Allan Sherman
I Put a Spell on You - Nina Simone
Zombie Jamboree - Harry Belafonte
Sambra Macabre - Harry Breuer and his Quintet
Experiment in Terror - Henry Mancini
The Spook Spoke - Jupiter Jones
Skeleton in the Closet - Louis Armstrong
The Headless Horseman - Billy Butterfield Quintet with Kay Starr
Night on Bald Mountain - Marty Manning and his Orchestra
The Munsters Theme - Milton DeLugg & The All Stars
The Rockin' Ghost - The Modernaires
Ribcage Mambo - Frenchy
Hell - Squirrel Nut Zippers
Some of these songs may not make the final cut. Most were from various compilations I found free downloads of online. The newest Moon-Rays album - Swingin at the Seance - would be perfect but I haven't picked it up yet.
