very cool!! again awsome use of the tiki torch!! good wrk for just a chisel and a chain saw! as for me i use a ton of stuff i been doin wood work in general scince i was 13. i have a chain saw, 2 angle grinders w chainsaw wheels and carbide burr wheels,2 roto zip routers the newer style w metal motor heads and an assortment of carbide burrs in diff coarseness,a dremel tool w many little bits for detail work and "tattoos",and about a half doz chisels some are real carvin chisels and the others are nuthin special many are hand me dwns from my dad and grand dad, a power hand planer for strippin and quick material take dwn and a cple hand planers as well that see a little use. NO you dont NEED all this stuff and i dont use all of it on every carve as each carve has its own needs. i am savin for a cple flex cut chisels but mny is tight! and no matter what keep your tools SHARP!! it realy makes a world of diff! as for cheap chisels i think a wood workers swap site or even a local wood store like woodcrafters that has a post board wld be a good start. then theres craigs list and of course theres pawn shops! you never know what you find there! hope this helps and as always holla!!
