I've found, for small sessions, the OXO juicer works well. Somewhere on the Internets I saw a tip to cut the tips of each lime half off to extra a bit more juice and that helped extraction also. For larger gatherings, the juicer attachment to a Kitchen Aid food processor works well, as long as you're willing to commit the time ahead of time and juice 20-30 (or more) limes at once. kevin |
