I thought that the recipe looked good. By the a couple of weeks ago I started making Blue Hawaiians, I actually thought they tasted pretty good, despite some of the negative reviews that I have seen. They are a bit on the sweet side, so I have experimented with adding a 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice to cut it. It worked well. Ultimetly, I think that using fresh pineapple juice will make a huge difference, will make the drink a beautiful killer! I will report my results.
