I blame my friend Mr. Bali Hai for all of this. It is all his fault. I love going to Forbidden Island. It is within driving distance to me. I have also been to a couple of the Trader Vics in the area and once to The Tonga Room in San Francisco. I have a couple of Beachbum Berry's drink recipe and history books. I experiment on my poor wife, making tiki drinks for her. How is that? I hope it's good enough for now.
