Smuggler's Cove Sneak Preview Nights! - California Events

I'm not surprised it sold out so quickly: the whole danged city seems to be ready to make this place their regular bar. People already recognize the logo when I wear my shirt around town. Someone commented on SFist that "this is the boozer's equivalent of Thomas Keller opening up a new restaurant in the city." A friend who is a very good bartender here in town told me that all the hot bartenders are itching to get a chance to work there. It all feels a little surreal. I'm so happy for Martin, and needless to say (but here it comes anyway!), I am very excited. I'm thinking of maybe hitting Absinthe for dinner afterward, I've been meaning to try that place and it's so close to Smuggler's Cove.
