We usually play it by ear. If people are thirsty, Kelly or I will make you cocktails until the wee hours. Sometimes Kirby goes off to bed and we lock up afterwards. Last week I think we closed up shop fairly early for us, around 1 AM or so. We've been known to stick round till 4 AM, though! Just depends... |
