My family has old roots in Stockton, I was born there, so were my parents, and their parents. My mom remembers going to the Islander in it's heyday for a prom I think that's just awesome. My grandfather used to have a diner in Stockton but the highway came through and he had to sell the property... I'm not sure of the name of the place but it had black circles out on the wall front etc. it was over by where the cemetary is to the East. I've been collecting tiki mugs for just about a year and can't wait to add more to my collection. Look forward to chatting with everyone! -Karen
