There are so many places to eat and things to explore you don't want to have to go back to where you stay all day or stay at the hotel all day... If they offer a breakfast deal, just get that. Take your own snorkel and mask and you can explore the water everywhere with ease. Playa is on the leaward side of Cozumel, so, very little waves. You might even be able to lay on a raft in the ocean which is way nice. Do not go to Cozumel. Cruise ships dock every day and spew out hundreds of people and jack up the prices. Steph and I will be going back to Playa some day.
