Make sure you push it down in and around the mugs. It should take a bit of effort to close the box because of the extra peanuts you have put on top. I've only lost one mug so far and it was because I didn't put enough peanuts in. Luckily, I insured the package, which is even more important than tracking for items over $20. Good luck to you!
