Amybean do you clearify your own butter? Mike, when I Smoke pork loins or brisket, we eat that for days, when you mentioned ghee, I have been thinking of making some Indian food, Chicken Tiki Masala yum! I will post the recipe for Ghee below for those who want to make their own. Ingredients: Allow butter to melt and bring to a boil, stirring. You will notice that the oil will separate itself. |
