O.K. folks... I just got back from a pre-opening visit and the management and staff was extremely friendly and likable. I can smell the purists debate and grousing already and I'm not so sure I am going to agree with some of the discontent. Keep an open mind please. These places are not operating for US, the "Tiki Community". I have an interview lined up with the manger and possibly owners. I have some questions lined up and will take any from here if you wish to be quoted...ask away. I will say this much... I enjoyed myself and had a top notch 1944 Mai-Tai ! More to come....
