New Colorado Rum - Tiki Drinks and Food

We went to a local (Denver Area) distiller for a tour and tasting and I ended up bringing home a sample bottle of a "Wine barrel aged Rum" very interesting flavor not something I will be using for daily mixing more a on the rocks sipper. They are still waiting for the label to be approved before it can hit the shelf. I was very impressed with their other Rums, they also make Whiskey's and Vodka's. I'm not much of a fan of Vodka and will normally sub clear Rum for in in cocktails but after tasting their "Maui Cane Vodka" I am sold.
