However if you click on the link it will get you to the primary page, and from there click on blogs, and then "Foodies Notebook". Also, the local ABC station had the chef on to demonstrate how to make "Ragin' Cajun Shrimp", and the comments on the original piece have been very positive (thanks to Bohemian starting it off). I'm hoping to make it down there this weekend, even if it's only for lunch and to take some pics. TT
