Btw, I posed the same bar questions on another board I frequent, and was told about a Jamaican place in LoDo called Eight Rivers. While not nearly as amazing as Forbidden Island or Smuggler's Cove, their rum list is pretty dang impressive... especially when you take into consideration the lacking of a good rum bar in Denver... and even more especially when I saw they had the Appleton 21 Year.
