If you plan on going anytime soon, go to Buzz's on Saratoga cause I heard most of the block is going to be raised and made into a "mega-complex". Long live the Tahitian Lani!!!!!(now a mega complex)!!!!!! Long Live Buzz's!!!(the best "Tail"in town)!!Lot's of Bamboo Board too.
