Johnny Dollar, great find! I am sorry but I can't tell you much about that place because I had no clue it existed.
A formal analysis tells us some interesting facts one of the fundamental characteristics of the Tiki bar culture, like the use of elements from 3 completely different cultures together in one object.

Chinese typography
Spanish name
Maori Tiki

The fact that this matchbook came from a bar in Barcelona proofs that this "eclectic" nature of the style applied internationally.

Please keep it in a safe place because it might be the last remnant of a lost Spanish tiki temple.
