Is it like a TV that we all wish we had close by - no. I plan on checking it out this weekend. If the drinks are great and the food is great - Mission accomplished. Yes, if I hear one Jimmy Buffett song my Pupu platter will come right up. But I remain optimistic. I think the comment about establishing a beachhead is right. The more of "us" that show up and spend money and request certain music or decor or whatever - might just help guide things along the path of truth.
