Boy Oh Boy Nuttzo, You got bit Bad man, there's No hope for you at all now. Good thing too, for US anyway because your first pieces are incredible for the firsts.
You might as well invest in a few good tools and some materials. Scour the pages here for answers to questions you haven't thought of asking yet There are many tool references and bone carving help too.
You started off right in the Most demanding media of all as far as how much detail you can pull out of it, and that's a good thing. Bone allows you to seek your capability as far as detail goes,,, it will take ALL you can give it and more no matter your level. Scour the google images for bone carvings and thrill at the depth and realistic detail some carvers get, especially the eastern carvers like the Japanese and Chinese. Though not tiki the carvings will blow your mind.
LOOK HERE FOR ONE
Another site which includes many bone carvers which Also includes "How-to's" and info about different tools, how to create tools and a video even on carving Netsuke.
