I received an awesome haul from Tikisgrl... Mahalo! Two mugs, a great collection of swizzles, some postcards, and cool matches! And once again, the importance of bubble wrap is illustrated in the story of how my package arrived... Manuel and I were enjoying dinner and mai tais one evening about 9pm, when out on the porch there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the dinner table to see what was the matter. The sound of a large object striking the screen door rattled our peaceful meal, and for some reason, I immediately though of my at-that-time-yet-to-be-received swap package. I opened the door, and there was a large dented box sitting haphazardly in front of the door. Apparently, our FedEx delivery guy felt it was more expedient to lob the package to our 2nd story front door from the parking lot rather than bothering with the nuisance of all the time consuming steps. I looked up the street just in time to see the FedEx truck peeling off... Fortunately, Tikisgrl wrapped the mugs with lots of bubble wrap, so nothing was damaged. Mahalo again, Tikisgrl!
