When I visited Hawaii, I remember them selling Spam Musubi at the 7-11, but I never tried it with garlic-chili sauce - yeah baby! Tonight I made Italian Pesto Dumplings, inspired by a Rachael Ray recipe. Gnochi dumplings pan fried in butter and lemon juice & zest. I made this every month or so. Served with zucchini & flame roasted tomatoes, 7 grain Italian bread with oil & balsalmic vinegar dipping sauce.
