Read Leg's McNeil's "Please Kill Me" And one of the first bars that ever served an underage KikiTiki was the NYC Trader Vic's- ah, memories.... a bunch of young thrill-seekers sharing a Scorpion Bowl in underground tiki splendor. (the drinking age was still 18 then)
