ATP - I want your coconut custard pie recipe! Custard pies are tricky, I used to make a key lime pie that was basically a custard pie with tons of lime added. It was great.

Funny you folks bring up Marie Callenders's, cause the local ones have all gone out of business. Now that I think about it, my cake/pie production has stepped up 3000% since that happened. We don't know why they closed doors, maybe it was cause of the quality issue, but MAN they were always busy!
