I made mine in a jumbo muffin pan. Several layers of fillo brushed with olive oil pressed into the pan, filled with meat mixture, then several more fillo squares laid over the top and the corners tucked in. There are lots of recipes on the net using cubed or ground lamb but I don't eat lamb :) Those fillo nest would be awesome filled with chili and cheese! |
