As was mentioned before, a boutique would have it up around 1000 bucks or so and eventually get it. Also, keep in mind a cool bar is half the battle. Cleaning it up at home and piling on your mugs, rums, and other tiki trophies is what makes it a treasure. Having said that, perhaps you should make the sellers info available here for interested TCers... And having said that, I put a bar on craigslist a while back and asked 500 to see what would happen, but would have been quite happy with around 350 (which is about what I had in mind anyway).
