Forget simple syrup, Kelly. I'm gonna make two bottles of Gomme Syrup -- one for you and one for the Rumpus Room. They lost my package of gum arabic in the mail and I've had to wait an extra four weeks but the replacement shipment arrived today. Now we can see if that silky smooth texture is as good as I've been hearing it is. As always, I'll bring some odds and ends as well. See you all soon. |
