After putting down many a "Beach Bum's Own" I decided to give another drink a try. The "Lei Lani Volcano", that utilizes guava nectar, coconut rum, pineapple juice, rock candy syrup, and lime juice (page 47 Intoxica. It is a light drink, with only 2 1/2 ounces of rum, so I made a double to get started! Dynomite! a beautiful drink that owuld probably be next to impossible to find in a bar. Cheers, KT |
