- How did you get into the restaurant biz?
- Did you ever meet others in the Polynesian restaurant biz Trader vic, Don, ECT..
- Who built your restaurants? Was it hard to find a builder?
- Did you visit other places to research restaurant/ Cuba?
- What was it like in your restaurant at that time, You know the drinks were new,
the food was new, no one had heard of things like a Mai Tai.
