It's quite simple, and the ingredients can be found in almost any household, which makes for an easy request at a friend's house. And they'll be glad you introduced them to this refreshing libation. Doubling the recipe is a must for this one, which fills my old-fashioned Trader Vic's glasses just right. I always keep a six pack of 6 oz. cans of pineapple juice on hand in case I'm not ready to bust open a large bottle of pj. These are perfect for a double recipe.
