First, Congrats! A year! And it gets nothing but easier from here on out. Then, As a reformed smoker, and reformed quitter I can offer this little graph to those currently off of cigarettes but wondering if I could have 'just one' and be Ok...
Having quit and started and quit again a whole bunch of times I can vouch for the validity of this graph. |
