Congratulations. Smoking was the major factor in my father not recovering from his last heart surgery. So when I hear people quit smoking, I actually feel good about it. . . even if I don't know them personally.

It's hard work but I think it's totally worth it -- if not for one's self then for those family and friends who still want to have you around.
