You'll be responsible yourself for monitoring the flow into your rooms, so that, coupled with portion size and your willingness to keep things going will be the determining factor. While the Thursday night crowds may not be AS large as Friday, they are pretty significant - and with this year's Kickoff Party lineup I'll bet they'll be larger than ever. The Thursday Night Parties in the past can compete with any of the other nights in my (bloodshot) eyes. From I remember - or been told about the next day ;)
