What a beautifully balanced drink, my hat goes of to the Beachcomber. I would strongly recommend making this drink as a double, beacause you will be back for more in a matter of minutes. As ticked off as my wife can get when I take too long playing bartender, she too thought that the Demerara Dry Float is a definite keeper. Cheers, KT
