Hubby had a shift change at work (used to work from noon to 8:30 pm - now he's up at 4:30 a.m and gets home by 3) - soooo, I'm up at 4:30 now and can't get to sleep until after midnight. No wonder my body aches. And I quit imbibing in my usual "sleep aide" so it's even tougher to stay asleep. |
