Our cold snap was followed by some heavy rain so lots of the landscaping has come back into bloom. The inside gardens are looking better than they have for a long time, but the indoor waterfall is still off. It seems that every time they fix a leak a new one is discovered. Someone joked that they should give up on the waterfall and just turn it into a giant planter with tropicals and orchids. It sounded silly until someone else pointed out the fact that was the design in the original build-out.
