This sound like just another cyber-squatter hoping someone'll pay him for the rights to the domains he's registered. He's just gone a little further than most in trademarking his "products." His trademarks'll probably fall to anyone who's can show prior usage of any of the Tiki etc. trademarks. He may lose the rights to register the related domain names as well.
