FG Futura Girl Member Joined: Oct 01, 2002 Posts: 933	FG Futura Girl Posted posted on Thu, Sep 25, 2003 5:09 PM it's not a registered trademark unless it has been filed with the trademark and patents office - and then the name will have a little circle with an "R" in it. i don't know what they are trying to prove with that site with all the names? none of it would hold up in court unless it had been filed and/or was in common usage.
