A bottle of Sahti that's been sitting in the cellar for a year and a bit. Doesn't seem to have done it any harm.

It's a strong (11%) Finnish style of rye and wheat beer spiced with honey, juniper and sea wormwood. Tastes kinda like mead. Quite pleasant.
