Is it when you update the thread saying you've decided to sell a particular one to a particular person for a particular amount? Have you considered setting a price for each item and the first to meet it gets it? You can do it any way you please since it is your stuff, but you might want to avoid hurt feelings (or worse) by clearly laying out the decision process so everyone gets it.
