Another thing about reality TV that ought to give viewers pause is that most of these productions cost so little to produce compared to traditonal programming. You don't need to hire talented writers. You don't need highly paid actors and actresses. The locations and sets are usually cheap, unless you're doing Survivor in the middle of the South Pacific, and even then you don't have to buy the stars any food.
We don't do TV in the bedroom either.
